Approval Required: "We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs. Please include the breed and weight of your pets in your booking request." Furniture Policy: "Pets are strictly not allowed on beds or upholstered furniture. We provide dedicated pet blankets and towels; please use these if your pet needs to snuggle." Supervision: "Pets may not be left unattended in the home unless they are secured in a crate. Local noise ordinances are strictly enforced; if neighbors report excessive barking, it may result in a fine." Waste Removal: "Please dispose of all pet waste in the designated outdoor bin using the provided waste bags. A $50 'poop-scoop' fee will be charged if our cleaners have to clear the yard." Flea/Tick: "All pets must be up-to-date on flea and tick prevention before arrival. The Ranch House is located in a lovely residential neighborhood, and out of respect for the neighbors, please park in the garage or on the parking pad when possible. please be mindful of the surrounding homes and keep the noise level down after 10pm. - Please eat in the kitchens and dining areas only. No food in the bedrooms or living rooms.

It was a great fit for our family. It was a very nice place, but not so fancy that it made me nervous with our 7 grandkids between 8 months and 9 years. Super well stocked kitchen which we greatly appreciated. Super location for being close to parks, beautiful walks and scooter rides. It also had lots of great beds and lots of room to help make sure everyone got a great sleep. We really enjoyed our stay!

this was the second time we stayed here and it was just as great as the first time. We loved having a place where nearby family almnd those from out of town could gather. thee was plenty for the kids to do and places to play.
